Components of Liberated Living in Vedantic Philosophy
The final goal in Vedantic philosophy, known as liberated while living, consists of three components: enlightenment or the realization of ultimate reality, called taktot jhana; Manu Narsha, the control over the mind enabling deep meditation without becoming brainless; and wasanakshaya, the purification of the mind by destroying desires and tendencies.
