Episode 57: Chris Cameron
Focus and Chill - productivity tactics for AuDHDers and other neurodivergent folks
Embracing Spiky Skill Sets
People with divergent skill sets may excel in certain areas due to a higher tolerance for frustration with complex tasks compared to repetitive ones. Some individuals find satisfaction in automating processes to tackle complicated problems rather than mundane tasks. This diverse approach to challenges can lead to higher performance in specific areas, reflecting unique problem-solving abilities and preferences.
