API as product; Managing API Load with Gateways and Service Meshes

With this shift, with a large number of APIs, it's usually microservices. And you all have API gateways, kind of structure on top of the API. How do these architecture-level applications help microservices manage that massive API load? Well, building an API is half of the job.
