By disconnecting from the attachment to success and failure, individuals can shift from hedonic tendencies to eudemonic states, characterized by being content and unbothered by external circumstances.
Today I'm going to teach you why you should be less motivated and how to achieve less motivation. This may sound insane because people are usually suffering from a lack of motivation. The problem isn't that you aren't motivated enough the problem is you are to motivated in the wrong direction.
