Most moments in life are free of immediate threats, allowing us the luxury of contemplating the past or future. By acknowledging negative thoughts and seeking positive aspects, we can train our brain to focus on the good. This practice of shifting focus from negativity to positivity can lead to a more optimistic outlook and reduce the frequency of negative thoughts. The more we actively seek out positives, the more our brain automatically starts looking for them, ultimately fostering a mindset inclined towards positivity.
