Building Treehouses: Shifting Perspectives and Financing Options
We have planned to build treehouses next year. Instead of traditional treehouses, we build houses on stilts, similar to those on the coast to prevent flooding. These houses are marketed as treehouses, but they are essentially stilts houses. This allows us to obtain financing and a certificate of occupancy.
