The seven core pillars are health, hobbies, spirituality, friends, love, finance, and mission. Every Friday, the speaker rates themselves out of 10 on each pillar, taking only five to six minutes. They then take note of their two lowest scores and take action to improve them. By addressing these areas regularly, the speaker feels they are living a higher quality of life and avoiding long-lasting fractures in important aspects of their life.
