Problem solvers tend to focus on finding and fixing problems, but it is equally important to look for strengths and bright spots. Constantly seeking problems leads to overlooking strengths. It is crucial to balance identifying both strengths and weaknesses, rather than solely focusing on the negatives. Sometimes people just want empathy, not solutions, emphasizing the importance of understanding and emotional support in relationships.
