Zone Five Stair Master Workout

I love my stair master and use it for my zone five workout once a week. It consists of three minutes at zone two, one minute at my VO2 max, and then back to zone two for recovery. I repeat this pattern for 20 to 30 minutes, working in watts and mets on the stairmaster.
