Importance of Regular Sleep Patterns and Mortality Risk

A study using the UK BioBank database revealed that individuals with the most regular sleep patterns had a 39% reduced risk of mortality compared to those with irregular sleep patterns. Regular sleep was also associated with a 35% decrease in cancer mortality and a 60% decrease in cardiovascular mortality risk.
