Regrets are inevitable in life due to the inherent concept of opportunity cost. Every choice we make comes with a trade-off, and we cannot split test different paths. Therefore, regrets are baked into our existence. It is a common belief that regrets stem from suboptimal decisions, but the insight suggests that regrets themselves are unavoidable. Instead of focusing on which choice to make, we should consider which regret we can live with. Regrets are an inherent part of being human, and we must accept and choose the regrets that align with our values and priorities.
