Confidence is earned through experience, not given. Going through the process builds trust in it. The trough of despair is a common phase in projects. With each project, the familiarity with the process and the trust in one's ability increases. Starting a new project often involves comparing a finished and unfinished product, causing self-doubt. However, with experience, one becomes more comfortable in the middle of a project, knowing they can find their way out. Confidence comes from knowing that despite uncertainties, the ability to create a successful end product is there.
