How Do You Deal With Criticism?

It's almost like this is a mind trick. It's just a way to a reposition in your mind how you approach something like a a treat or dessert. I imagine that you've gotten some criticism over the years, whether it's just like randam people and u tubes ind stuff, or whatever.
