Defining Complexity and Simplicity in Physics

In his book, the author explains that simplicity or complexity depends on the theory of physics. Simplicity cannot be measured independently and is always given a theory of physics. It is incorrect to ask how complex a theory of physics is, as simplicity is posterior to science.
