Is it possible to have AI without a test for it?

There is no test for AI, but its existence could become obvious without a test/nThere are things that are obvious but cannot be tested for, like qualia and the external world's reality/nTuring's argument for AI still stands, despite counter arguments/nTuring's paper included counter arguments and was fair to them, even though it was irritating/nTuring also dealt with the argument from telepathy in his paper
