How to Manage Burnout

Recovering from burnout has been difficult for me because my mind is chaotic and my external space is not orderly. This has affected my business as I can't focus like before. To regain joy in my life, I'm being more diligent and adding activities like drawing and going for walks. I'm also learning to be patient with myself and accept that it's normal to not always be super motivated. Progress is slower than expected, but I can relate to this experience. Taking a lighter workload has helped relieve some burnout, but I'm not fully recovered yet.
