Normal individuals often shy away from the discomfort of self-reflection, but genuine growth requires confronting one's challenges and limitations truthfully. Achievements should not be attributed solely to genetic advantage; instead, the recognition of personal struggles and the journey toward overcoming them is vital. Embracing the 'accountability mirror' concept fosters personal responsibility, pushing individuals to acknowledge their weaknesses and insecurities honestly. Accepting that one may be lacking in certain areas is a first step towards improvement.
