Is There a Rhetorical Justification For Reparations?
i like rolls's view of this less. The good thing about no sixperes that's historical and its process based, right? So how did you get it? What does the fact that you have it now have to do with what happened before? But imagine actually believing nosic view. It would be difficult to say from that vantage point which holdings are justified including those who presumably should be getting reparations. And so i think you need a different way of framing the basic issues if you're to want to say what reparations is and what it should accomplish.
