Existence in Multiverse and Identity

Versions of you in different universes or branches are not actually you but just another person sharing similar atoms. It's incorrect to think that if things go badly in one universe, it doesn't matter because they went well in another. The number of versions does not imply the probability of being them. Existence within the multiverse raises interesting philosophical questions about identity and undermines consequentialism as an ethical theory.
