How to Create a Social Circle of Singles

Two social events per month at the minimum is what I would do. By the way, these are not just social events to hang out with your friends. This is a social event where you can meet women. And it's a win either way because a friends go with you. But just remember, if there's any girls, I'm going to be going and talk to them.
