The Dominican Peasant Uprising

In a drunken state, Trujillo gives a speech promising to massacre Haitians. His forces use machetes and other weapons to hide their involvement in the killings. The Dominican government deports Haitians and sends them to isolated areas to be slaughtered and fed to sharks. Despite the facade of a peasant uprising, there were no casualties on the Dominican side, and some Dominicans risked their lives to hide and protect Haitians. The gruesome aftermath of the massacre is revealed as body parts wash up on the beaches. The Trujillo story takes a dark turn, overshadowing the previous fun times.
