Demonstrating discipline, intentionality, integrity, and purpose enhances respect, trust, and followers' willingness. Conversely, lacking these qualities diminishes respect and trust. Employees work for a paycheck but devote their hearts to a leader they respect and trust. Therefore, when leading others, it is essential to bear in mind that they closely observe the leader.
