Changing Subconscious Programs and Habits

Self hypnosis can be used to change subconscious programs by listening to belief change programs repeatedly at night. Theta only works for the first seven years, but learning new programs, habits, and skills after that is possible through repetition and practice. Reading self-help books only activates the conscious mind but does not change subconscious programs. To change habits, one can use the phrase 'fake it till you make it' and practice it until it becomes a new habit.
