Correct Form for Abdominal Exercise

To correctly perform an abdominal exercise, lie down with one knee up, keeping your other leg extended. Place your hands under the lower portion of your back to maintain its arch. Keep your head in a neutral position with your tongue on the roof of your mouth. Lift your elbows off the ground, then raise your upper chest while exhaling and contracting your abdominals for 8 to 10 seconds, without performing a full sit-up. Repeat the movement, ensuring your chin remains neutral, and rest between repetitions.
