Understanding the difference between T3 and T4 thyroid hormones

T3 and T4 refer to the number of iodine's in the molecule/nT3 is the active version of the hormone while T4 is inactive/nMost of what comes out of the thyroid is T4/nEnzymes called diodenases convert T4 into active hormone in the body
