Living in the Present Moment
Living in the present moment is crucial for true happiness. Constantly planning for the future leads to perpetual frustration and postponement of life's joys. Making plans for the future is beneficial only for those who can fully immerse themselves in the present. Happiness should come from immediate realizations rather than promises of tomorrow.
