Having a diverse board has helped me gain transparency and understanding of the challenges faced by management. It's important to address the needs of employees, investors, and discuss these matters regularly. The pandemic has shown that remote work is possible, and it allows for a diverse workforce with different skills and backgrounds. By focusing on who and how the work is happening, we can solve diversity and skill set challenges and create a better work environment.
