A Complicated View on Personality Types and Small Talk

I'm a deep student of psychometrics and have zero faith in MBTI as a framework. I consider myself more of an introvert than an extrovert, despite appearing extroverted. I've been training for this moment for the past six months, but small talk exhausts me instantly. The main barrier between introverts and extroverts is what they consider engaging conversation.
