Aristotle's Ethics - The Uniqueness of Every Individual and Malleability of Law
The whole way of describing Aristotle's ethics makes him seem almost like a self-help guru in the sense he's telling you how to live your life better. And I think he did have quite a missionary zeal about it. He saw that doing what you're good at usually is the same as what makes you happy. In a society that can afford it, investing huge numbers of hours in talking to our young about what they really like doing will allow us to help them identify their own potential and go down the right career path.
