Assuming audited VM systems, the ability to compose proofs allows for a variety of messaging and quick coordination of standards. Aggregation of proofs from different rollups can be settled to an individual or shared sequencer, enabling effective proof recursion. Rollup data already posted to a shared DLA provides access to transaction translation and verified execution correctness. A shared sequencer is not necessary, as a construction called Nexus on top of a whale offers proof aggregation as a service. This is why there is collaboration with newer DKV-Ms.
