But if you can actually do that, that's completely/nlike I've been living that for the last 20 years, like ultimately as a bodybuilder, you're like, I feel like shit, but I got to keep digging in. Like when you're getting ready to go closer to a contest, like that's ultimately what we do, right? It's, we're feeling worse and worse and we're asking our body to do more and more in our brain to stay on point. And I mean, I don't longer do that, but like it was certainly an opportunity during my career. Yeah./nAnd you're doing it in the rest of your life. I mean, the yes answer is the Renaissance man. I mean, that's where, you know, that was just your training grounds. You know, focus LeBron James style or pick your favorite, you know, excellent performance at given domain. And then the challenge of course is how do we translate that beyond the specific into the general/nenergy work and love and get better day in and day out. Yeah. So even work with them for three years, you're still working them once every two weeks. And you're still seeing this tremendous benefit ultimately of keeping you trusting in yourself. Yeah./nI mean, I used to take like two, four, five, ten pages of notes every session. Now it's kind of actually our last session was one of those ones that was amazing too. But yeah, now I'm just kind of celebrating and just continuing to hit. And I just love them. I mean, he's just a good human being that I love having in my life. And yeah.
