First thing in the morning, i walk outside before even looking at my phone. Usually i walk to the beach, which for me is a five to seven minute walk. Just that first step of getting outside and jump starting my circatian rhythm means i my body is less sore,. i'm more energized, and i'm less groggy. It's free. And i just can't recommend it enough.
