We've grown at 17 % a year since i joined compound in two thousand and two so 20 years. And that's how you do it. You believe in what you're doing. You take your time. Things don't happen overnight. It's hard graft. It's belief, passion, persuading people to come and jin you  and work for you. I saw in your company report that your exports account for something like 70 % of sales, 75%. Is a lot of that growth down to tapping up markets in countries all round the world?
