The battle between the network and the state is, you know where things are going to be. And i think that western governments will lose. It's going to be nasty and supernarly, but on balance, they will lose because their ideology is not one that attracts the very top talent. This is actually the same problem that c c p has in some ways, where they're driving away jack ma and theire, driving away, you know, pony ma and all that.
