What Do You Think the Most Surprising Surprises Will Be?

Right now, company makes large language modelapi, other pepl build on top of it. But i think there will be a middle layer that becomes really important in the future. I'm sceptical of all the start ups that are trying to sort o train their own models. That's not going to keep going. There'll be a whole new set of start ups that take an existing, very large model and tune it. And then those, those companies will create a lot of enduring value.
