i'm just fascinated by the idea of structured conversation, because it can take you places that you don't wouldn't otherwise go with people you think you know. i've had great friends who have been friends with for ten years. I invite them a forum, and i learn what's really going on in their life. so what you end up with is this kind of impartial board of directors and great friends that you end up bonding with. And i still do this. I have four of these group i do one a week.
