Evelyn: It's that trap that people get stuck in where they don't know how to. You cannot eat a meal where you go and say, but I'm only going to digest the fruit and the vegetables. Whatever goes into your body must be broken down into a usable form. For emotional experiences, we have or for lived experience, we have emotions to be the enzymes to digest the information. That's what we're looking for. An outward expression of things we no longer need, we then let go.
