The Danny Miranda Podcast

NOTE

The Importance of Early Childhood Development

The vast majority of your subconscious mind is formed before the age of seven years old./nThis happens because before the age of seven years old, we produce very few beta brain waves./nWe're almost entirely in alpha and theta, which makes sense./nLittle kids, when they hear their favorite song, they'll start dancing in the middle of the grocery store. they don't care./nIf they're hysterically crying in the middle of a fancy whatever, they don't care./nThey're in the moment./nTheir brains are learning like this./nThen you get to around seven years old, and those beta braves come in./nIt's kind of like the conscious wall comes in, closes it up and says, you've already settled now your worldview, what you think you're worthy and deserving of, how you think you relate to human beings in the world.
