In business, using unreliable and unexplainable systems can be daunting due to the risk of hallucinations where the system not only provides incorrect facts but also fabricates supporting documents. Additionally, the challenge lies in the explainability of such systems, making it difficult to understand the rationale behind their outputs. This raises questions on the viability of utilizing these systems in business when people are already deemed unreliable and unexplainable. The suggestion is to liken these systems to interns rather than software, emphasizing the importance of reliability and explainability in business operations.
