Ticketing - The Next Step

Even a simple use case, like the one I did this weekend on Friday, I asked Bing what I should do this weekend in New York. It came up with three ideas of what it could be that managed to let me solve the problem. You would never get that with that level of efficiency and fidelity off of Google. The next step is, obviously, there are going to be API driven frameworks to integrate ticketing into that.
