Focus on Making Your Offspring Proud

The mistakes many people make are being overly focused on making their ancestors proud, when the real concern should be about making their offspring proud. Ancestors can't benefit from our choices today, but our successors, including children and future generations, will be impacted. The responsibility towards the future is greater than the responsibility to the past. People in the past are deceased and do not care about our actions or how we remember them. History is not just about studying the past but understanding how things change over time.
