Expertise in a field is crucial when using AI. Without expertise, it is impossible to determine if the results provided by AI are accurate. Merely relying on AI to write a paper without understanding the topic leaves one uncertain of the quality of the content. Therefore, it is essential for individuals to possess the necessary expertise to evaluate and critique AI's performance. As errors generated by AI become more subtle, expertise and education become increasingly important. Although obvious errors may diminish over time, subtle mistakes are expected to increase. Research indicates that people tend to anchor on AI-generated answers, leading to more errors compared to manual methods. Hence, it is imperative to understand how to work with AI systems that make mistakes in unconventional ways. Ultimately, expertise in conjunction with AI becomes even more critical.

He studies and teaches innovation and entrepreneurship, and also examines the effects of artificial intelligence on work and education.
