Limitations of Digital Connectivity

Digital networks can only transmit data in the form of ones and zeros, and they fail to convey the subtle physical nature of human exchanges, leading to a loss of organic quality in online interactions. This limitation results in online connectivity being characterized by dematerialized symbols passing through nodes, leading to exchanges that tend towards the ideological, binary, and differentiating rather than the spiritual, compassionate, or integrating. Furthermore, these biases can migrate into offline behavior as well.
