NOTE

Are You Amnestic?

In priming, people will see a word or a face and then the next time they see it, they'll be perhaps a little bit more efficient processing it. Sometimes wou call that fluency. And this fluency can be measured in a priming test like you're quicker to read the word, or you read the word more efficiently. A study by Petergraf showed that amnestic patients would be a processing words they saw previously differently. Although if you asked them to recall the words, they'd do very poorly. They were quite normal at apriming test.
