Burden of Email Prioritization Shifted from Sender to Recipient
The inequality in email communication lies in the fact that some people receive a large number of emails daily while sending very few. This results in the burden of prioritization shifting from the sender to the recipient. Previously, the sender's choice of expensive postage indicated priority, but now recipients have to decide what emails to prioritize. This shift has led to a greater need for recipients to efficiently manage and prioritize their emails.
