Natural abilities can come in two forms. One is innate talent, like having fast twitch muscles for physical activities. The other is learning through specific environments, like being a farmer and then excelling in a different physical activity. Growing up around water can make someone naturally comfortable in it, while those who haven't had that exposure struggle. In basic SEAL training, those with water experience breeze through water evolutions while others panic. Similarly, cross country runners find runs easy because they're used to the environment. So, what may seem natural is often the result of prior training and exposure.
