Many people fail to reflect on their thinking adequately, and often lack diverse approaches to problem-solving due to reliance on familiar cognitive patterns. Large language models can be leveraged to enhance this reflective thinking by introducing external perspectives and solutions. This approach allows individuals and organizations to break free from the limitations of their collective experiences. By engaging with AI, one can simulate the thought processes of influential figures or generate innovative ideas, similar to the role of consultants and disruptors, ultimately broadening the scope of thinking within teams.
