The Recycling Nature of Amino Acids in the Body

Future research needs to address whether every amino acid needs to be in every meal. We recycle 230 grams of protein daily and only ingest 70 grams of new amino acids. This means that the amino acids from today's meal might end up in different parts of our body tomorrow. So you don't have to worry too much about the specific content of each meal.
