Homelessness is a problem in Minneapolis, and one of the ways that it is becoming more and more prevalent is because of the cold weather./nOne way to address this problem is to provide homeless individuals with housing, which would make them more comfortable and less likely to call the police./nHowever, this is not always an easy task, and often requires money to be put into services specifically for homeless individuals.
