So that's why give the other person permission to say no to you actually opened up a lot of possibilities. The worst thing is you say no to yourself, because you don't even get a chance to valodate your idea.

And worse, what if our fear of being rejected is keeping us from going after the things we want? Jia Jiang is kind of a rejection expert–he’s gone from a career in the corporate world to the risky world of entrepreneurship.
